How to Use:

Preparation: Place a fireproof bowl, cauldron, or abalone shell beneath the smudge stick to catch falling ash.
Ignition: Light the tip of the Sahumito, let it burn briefly, then gently blow out the flame, allowing it to smoulder.
Smudging: Move the smoke gently around your space, sacred tools, or body to clear stagnant energy.
Extinguishing: To put it out, press the tip into sand or a fireproof container. It can be reused later.
