Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Jaguar Dream. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note: After 14 days from delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain products, including:

  • Yoni eggs and other intimate wellness products.
  • Ritual oils, body care items, and other personal care products once opened.
  • Perishable items (e.g., ceremonial cacao or herbal teas).
  • Custom-made or personalised items.

Return Process

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Please contact us at [email protected] before sending any items back so we can guide you through the process.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Important:

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at [email protected].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
