5. Orders, Payment & Delivery

• Orders are confirmed via email after payment is received.
• We accept payments in Euro (€) via debit/credit card, PayPal, and Revolut.
• We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please allow 2–3 working days for delivery within Ireland.

Important:  We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, or during our annual holiday closures. Annual closure dates will be announced in advance on our website and social media pages.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. To request a return, contact us at [email protected]. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return postage.
