Tingsha Bells – Om Mani Padme Hum Mantra
Tingsha bells are traditional meditation instruments used in Tibetan Buddhist practices and Himalayan rituals. This pair is engraved with the sacred mantra Om Mani Padme Hum, symbolising compassion, wisdom, and spiritual purification.
When gently struck together, the bells create a bright, high-vibrational sound that carries clearly through a space. This tone is often used to open and close meditation, cleanse energy, or bring awareness back to the present moment during spiritual or grounding practices.
Connected with a leather strap, these bells are comfortable to hold and easy to use, making them suitable for personal rituals, yoga sessions, sound healing, or mindful daily practice.
How to use
Hold one bell in each hand and gently strike them together, allowing the sound to fully resonate. Use to mark the beginning or end of meditation, cleanse a space, or invite focus and presence into your practice.
Note
Each pair is traditionally crafted, and slight variations in tone, engraving, and finish are natural and part of their unique character.
